We bring international yoga teachers to Croatia and make sure everything — from the first transfer to the last breakfast — runs beautifully. We're looking for someone to step into that role on the ground.
The role
You will be the person our teachers and guests rely on throughout each retreat — managing logistics, overseeing daily operations, anticipating problems before they arise, and creating the kind of calm, warm presence that makes guests feel held.
This is a freelance, per-retreat position. You travel to the venue, live on site with the group, and handle everything operational so the teacher can teach.
You are
- —A natural organiser — you see the moving parts and connect them without being asked
- —Genuinely warm with people; you enjoy the contact, not just the coordination
- —Comfortable in an English-speaking environment (guests are primarily from the UK and US)
- —Interested in wellness, healthy living, and the retreat world — not as a performance, simply as a way of life
- —Reliable, discreet, and able to represent a premium brand with quiet confidence
- —Background in tourism, hospitality, event management, or cultural studies is a strong advantage
- —Holds a valid driving licence — occasional logistics and catering runs required
- —Late twenties to thirties, based in Croatia or able to commit to travel within Croatia
What you'll do
- —Guest arrivals and room coordination
- —Daily logistics — schedules, meals, excursions, supplier contact
- —Catering support — market runs, supplier pickups, meal setup assistance
- —On-site problem solving and quality oversight
- —Supporting the lead teacher throughout the retreat
- —Communicating with venues, drivers, caterers, and activity providers
